Step 1: Integration of Fluent Forms with Google Sheets
Before proceeding, ensure that you have successfully set up Automatic Integration or Manual Integration using the Fluent Forms Google Sheet Connector settings.

Step 2: Edit Fluent Form

From your WordPress dashboard, go to Fluent Forms → All Forms.

Locate the specific form you want to integrate with Google Sheets.

Click Edit on that form.
Step 3: Google Sheets Tab
Inside the selected form:

Go to Settings & Integrations.

Navigate to the Google Sheets tab.

Enter the required details for your Google Sheet:

Google Sheet Name
-
Google Sheet ID
-
Google Sheet Tab Name
-
Google Sheet Tab ID

Step 4: Google Sheet Info

Open your Google Sheet.

Copy the Sheet ID and Tab ID as shown in the example image.

Paste this information in the plugin settings.
Step 5: Copy Field Labels from Fluent Forms

Go back to your form editor in Fluent Forms.

Note the field labels for each input field (Name, Email, Phone, etc.).

These labels will be used to match data between your form and Google Sheet.
Step 6: Paste Field Labels into Google Sheet

Open the connected Google Sheet.

In the first row (header row), paste the field labels from your Fluent Form.

Make sure each column header matches the form field exactly.
Step 7: Add Submission Date (Optional)
If you want to record the form submission date inside Google Sheets:

Simply add an extra column in your Google Sheet named “date”.

Each time a user submits the form, the submission date will be automatically saved in that column.
Final Result
Now your Fluent Form submissions will automatically appear in Google Sheets with all mapped fields, making it easier to store, manage, and analyze form data.
