After successfully completing the integration with Google with preferred method and configuring the necessary permissions as described in the last article, proceed to your Fluent Forms dashboard. From there, locate and edit the specific Contact Form that you intend to configure for use with Google Sheets. This will allow you to set up the desired form-to-Google Sheets connection according to your requirements.
Navigate to Fluent Form GSheetConnector > Google Sheet > Form Feed tab.
Feed Settings
Choose this option if you want to connect with more than one Google Sheet.
Feel free to add as many feeds as you need to meet your requirements.
Edit the Feeed for internal Seeting.
Fetch Sheets
Next, you will find both Manual and Auto Selecting Methods for choosing the sheet you want to work with. If your sheets are not visible in the dropdown menu, you can click on the “Fetch Sheets” link below to retrieve them.
Select Google Sheet & Tab Name and scroll below to configure
The “Enable Manually adding of sheet name and tab name” checkbox allows you to manually add the sheet name and tab name.
Manually adding Sheet Name & Tab Name
In Manual Method You have to Manually Add Google Sheet Name , Google Sheet Id , Google Sheet Tab Name & Google Sheet Tab Id.
Save & Submit Data.
Feed Setting :
Manual Sheet & Tab Entry
This option allows you to manually enter the Google Sheet name and tab name if automatic fetching fails.
Enable this toggle to manually add the Sheet Name and Tab Name for precise control.
Google Sheet Settings
Here you can configure your Google Sheet details directly:

Google Spreadsheet Name – Select the Google Sheet where form data will be synced.

Google Sheet Tab Name – Choose the specific tab inside the selected spreadsheet.

Google Sheet URL – Click the Sheet URL button to quickly open the selected Google Sheet.
If sheets are not fetched automatically, click the provided link to manually fetch sheet details.
Choose Data Fields
Select which form fields should be synced to Google Sheets.

Enable individual fields as required.

Use the Select All toggle to include all available fields at once.

You can also include Special Mail Tags such as Submission ID, Client IP, Source URL, User Agent, Date & Time, etc.
This helps you control exactly what data is stored in Google Sheets.
Header Settings
Customize the appearance of your Google Sheet headers and rows.

Freeze Header – Keep the header row fixed while scrolling.

Enable this option to customize row text styling:

This allows better visual formatting for synced entries.
Sheet Sorting
Automatically sort sheet entries:

Choose the Sort Column (e.g., Submission ID)

Select Ascending or Descending order
This keeps your Google Sheet organized automatically.
Download Spreadsheet
Click the Download button to download the connected Google Spreadsheet directly from the feed settings.
Save Feed Settings
After configuring all feed options, click the Save button to apply and store your settings.
Google Sheet Sync
Enable the Google Sheet Sync toggle to manually sync form entries.

Select a From Date and To Date

Click “Click Here to Sync Entries” to fetch past form submissions into Google Sheets
This is useful for syncing old or missed entries.
Save.
Entries submitted through the Fluent Form contact form will be automatically saved to Google Docs.
