Update Plugin

To update a plugin in WordPress, you can follow these steps:

1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Plugins > Installed Plugins.
3. If there are any updates available, you will see a notification below the plugin name.
4. To update the plugin, click the Update Now button.
5. WordPress will download and install the update. Once the update is complete, you will see a success message.

If you have multiple plugins with updates available, you can update them all at once by clicking the Update Available link at the top of the page. Then, select the Update button from the Bulk Actions dropdown menu.

Important: It is always a good idea to back up your WordPress site before updating any plugins. This way, if something goes wrong, you can restore your site from the backup.

 If you encounter an error like “Update failed: Download failed” when trying to update a plugin directly from WordPress, you can manually update the plugin by following these steps.

Manual Update

1. Log in to the website where you purchased the plugin using the credentials provided at the time of purchase.
2. Navigate to the “My Account” section and click on “Purchase History.”
3. Under the “Purchase History” tab, you’ll find the option to view details and downloads. Click on this option to access the plugin download page.
4. Select the appropriate version—either the Single Site License or the Multi-Site License—based on your purchase.
5. Download the Elementor GSheetConnector PRO version file to your computer.
6. At this stage, you will also find your license key, which will be necessary for activation later in the process.

Next Step – WordPress Dashboard

1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
2. In the left-hand menu, navigate to Plugins > Installed Plugins.
3. Click on Add New and then select Upload Plugin.
4. Click the Choose File button and select the gsheetconnector-for-elementor-forms-pro-v1.0.19.zip file from your computer.
5. Click Install Now to begin the installation process.

Next Step – Installing Plugin

Click the Replace Current with Uploaded button.

Your plugin will then be successfully updated.
