Plugin MetForm Setting – FREE Version

MetForm Google Sheet Integration

This guide will help you connect your MetForm form with Google Sheets using the Elementor for GSheetConnector plugin.

Once connected, all your form submissions will be automatically saved in Google Sheets.

The plugin works as a bridge between MetForm and Google Sheets to store data in real-time

Step-by-Step Setup Guide

Step 1: Create Form in MetForm

  1. Go to WordPress Dashboard → MetForm

  2. Click Add New

  3. Design your form using Elementor

  4. Add required fields (Name, Email, etc.)

  5. Save and publish your form

Step 2: Create Google Sheet

  1. Open Google Sheets

  2. Create a new sheet for your form

  3. Add column headers (example):

    • First Name

    • Last Name
    • Email

    • Subject

    • Comment

Step 3: Add New Feed in GSheetConnector

  1. Go to GSheetConnector → Form Feeds

  2. Click Add New Feed

  3. Enter a Feed Name (any name for your reference)

Step 4: Select Your MetForm

  • From dropdown, select the MetForm you created

  • This connects your form with the feed

Step 5: Edit Feed & Map Fields

Click Edit Feed

Step 6: Configure Google Sheet (Manual Method)

Now configure your Google Sheet manually:

  1. Choose Manual Configuration

  2. Enter:

    • Google Sheet Name

    • Sheet ID

    • Tab Name

    • (If required) Tab ID

    • Click the Save Changes Button

👉 In free version, you manually enter these details to connect your sheet

Step 7: Check the sheet headers for field names

  1. Add column headers (example):

    • First Name

    • Last Name
    • Email

    • Subject

    • Comment

Step 8: Test the Integration

  1. Open your form on frontend

  2. Submit test data

  3. Go to Google Sheet

  4. Check if data is added

👉 If everything is correct, your form submissions will be stored automatically in real-time

Important Notes

  • Sheet column names must match properly

  • Sheet ID and Tab Name should be correct

  • Always test after setup

  • If data not coming, recheck mapping and sheet details
