Introduction
JetFormBuilder Google Sheet Connector PRO allows you to automatically send your JetFormBuilder form submissions directly to Google Sheets. By creating a Feed, you can connect your JetFormBuilder form with a specific Google Sheet and choose which form fields should be synced.
The Feed Setting manages the connection between your JetFormBuilder form and your Google Sheet. Once a Feed is configured correctly, every new form submission is automatically added as a new row in the connected Google Sheet.
Before creating a Feed, make sure your Google account is connected successfully. If you haven’t completed the authentication yet, follow the Existing Google Authentication Guide, the Manual Google Authentication Guide, or the Service Account Setup Guide. Once connected, build your JetFormBuilder form and continue with the Feed setup process.
Create a JetFormBuilder Form
First, go to your WordPress Dashboard to build your form.
- Navigate to JetFormBuilder, then Add New Form.
- Enter a title for your form.
- Use the form builder to add the fields you need.
- Configure each field according to your requirements.
- Save or publish the form, then place it on your page.
After your JetFormBuilder form is ready, you can move on to creating a Feed in the Google Sheet Connector PRO settings.
- JetFormBuilder Google Sheet Connector PRO works with forms built directly in JetFormBuilder, so no separate form builder plugin is needed.
- Make sure your form fields are properly configured before creating the Feed.
- The field names used in your JetFormBuilder form will be mapped with the Google Sheet header columns during Feed configuration.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is my JetFormBuilder form not appearing in the Feed dropdown?
Make sure your JetFormBuilder form has been created and saved. Only saved JetFormBuilder forms will appear in the Feed dropdown. If you recently created or updated the form, refresh the page and try again.
Why are my Google Sheets not showing in the Automatic Google Sheet Configuration section?
If your Google Sheets are not displayed, click the Click Here link below the Sheet Name field. The plugin will fetch the latest Google Sheets from your connected Google account and refresh the dropdown list.
Why is my Service Account email showing in red?
A red Service Account email indicates that your Google Sheet has not been shared with the Service Account or that it does not have Editor permission.
To resolve this:
- Copy the Service Account email displayed in the plugin.
- Open your Google Sheet.
- Click Share.
- Add the Service Account email.
- Assign the Editor role.
- Save the changes and refresh the Feed Settings page.
If you haven’t configured a Service Account yet, follow the Service Account Setup Guide before sharing your Google Sheet.
Why is my Service Account email showing in green?
A green Service Account email confirms that the Google Sheet has been shared successfully with the Service Account and Editor permission has been granted. Your Feed is ready to send submissions to Google Sheets.
Why are my form submissions not being added to Google Sheets?
If the issue continues, verify that your Google account is connected correctly by following the Existing OAuth Guide, Manual OAuth Guide, or Service Account Guide, depending on the authentication method you are using.
- The Feed Status is enabled.
- The correct Google Sheet and worksheet tab are selected.
- Your selected authentication method is connected successfully.
- If you are using the Service Account method, ensure it has Editor access to the Google Sheet.
- Your Feed Settings have been saved successfully.
- The required fields are enabled in the Select Field to Sync section.
Why is my Feed not working even though the setup is complete?
Verify that the Feed Status is enabled. If the Feed is disabled, JetFormBuilder submissions will not be processed or sent to Google Sheets.
Can I sync only selected form fields to Google Sheets?
Yes. The Select Field to Sync section allows you to choose exactly which JetFormBuilder fields should be sent to your connected Google Sheet.
Can I change the order of fields in Google Sheets?
Yes. You can drag and drop the selected fields in the Feed Settings. The same order will be used when creating columns in the connected Google Sheet.
Can I edit the column names before syncing data?
Yes. Click the Edit icon next to a field to customize the column header that will appear in your Google Sheet.
What happens after I save the Feed Settings?
After saving the Feed Settings, the plugin automatically creates column headers in your Google Sheet using the selected field names. Each new form submission is then added as a new row.
Can I sync previously submitted form entries to Google Sheets?
Yes. The Google Sheet Data Sync feature allows you to sync existing JetFormBuilder entries to your connected Google Sheet whenever needed.
Do I need JetFormBuilder Pro to use Google Sheet Connector PRO?
No. Google Sheet Connector PRO works with the free version of JetFormBuilder. However, certain advanced field types and form features are available only in JetFormBuilder Pro.
Which authentication method should I use?
Google Sheet Connector PRO supports Existing OAuth, Manual OAuth, and Service Account authentication. We recommend using the Service Account method because it provides a secure and reliable connection without requiring repeated authorization.
Can I connect multiple Google Sheets to different JetFormBuilder forms?
Yes. You can create multiple Feeds and connect each JetFormBuilder form to a different Google Sheet, allowing every form to store submissions in its own spreadsheet.
Can I use Automatic Google Sheet Configuration?
Yes. Automatic Google Sheet Configuration allows you to select your Google Sheet and worksheet tab directly from the dropdown lists. The plugin automatically retrieves the required Sheet ID and Tab ID, so you do not need to enter them manually.
Can I use Manual Google Sheets Configuration instead of Automatic Configuration?
Yes. If you prefer, you can manually connect a Google Sheet by entering the Sheet Name, Sheet ID, Tab Name, and Tab ID. This is useful if you already know your spreadsheet details or prefer manual configuration.
Can I switch between authentication methods after creating a Feed?
Yes. You can switch between the Existing OAuth, Manual OAuth, and Service Account methods. After switching, review your Feed Settings and save them again to ensure the connection works correctly.
