How to Install & Activate JetFormBuilder Google Sheet Connector PRO

JetFormBuilder Google Sheet Connector PRO allows you to automatically send JetFormBuilder form submissions directly to Google Sheets.

Follow this step-by-step guide to download, install, activate, and manage the PRO version on your WordPress website.

Before You Begin

Before installing JetFormBuilder Google Sheet Connector PRO, ensure that the following requirements are completed:

  • WordPress website is installed and accessible.
  • JetFormBuilder plugin is installed and activated.
  • You have created at least one JetFormBuilder form.
  • You have purchased the PRO version. If you haven’t installed the free plugin yet, first follow the JetFormBuilder Google Sheet Connector Installation Guide before continuing.
  • You have access to your GSheetConnector account.
  • You have administrator access to your WordPress website.

Important: JetFormBuilder Google Sheet Connector PRO requires the JetFormBuilder plugin to be installed and activated. An active license key is required to unlock premium features, automatic updates, and premium support.

Step 1: Download the PRO Plugin

After purchasing JetFormBuilder Google Sheet Connector PRO, you will receive a confirmation email containing your plugin download link and license key.

You can also download the latest version directly from your GSheetConnector account dashboard.

  1. Log in to your GSheetConnector account.
  2. Navigate to Purchase History.
  3. Locate your order.
  4. Click View Details & Downloads.
  5. Download the latest PRO plugin ZIP file.

The downloaded ZIP file contains the premium plugin package that will be installed on your WordPress website.

Step 2: Locate Your License Key

Every PRO purchase includes a unique license key. This key is required to activate premium features and receive future plugin updates.

  1. Open your order details page.
  2. Locate the License Key section.
  3. Copy the displayed license key.

Keep your license key secure and do not share it publicly. You may need it again if you reinstall the plugin or migrate your website.

Step 3: Install the PRO Plugin

Once the ZIP file has been downloaded, install it using the WordPress Upload Plugin feature.

  1. Navigate to Plugins → Add New Plugin.
  2. Click the Upload Plugin button.
  3. Select the downloaded ZIP file.
  4. Click Install Now.
  5. Wait for the installation process to complete.
  6. Click Activate Plugin.

After activation, the JetFormBuilder Google Sheet Connector PRO menu will appear in your WordPress Dashboard. You can then activate your license and configure Google Sheets integration for your JetFormBuilder forms.

Step 4: Activate Your License

Installing the plugin does not automatically unlock premium features. You must activate your license key to access all PRO functionality.

  1. Open JetFormBuilder GSheetConnector Settings.
  2. Navigate to the License tab.
  3. Paste your license key.
  4. Click the Activate button.

✔ License activated successfully. You can now connect JetFormBuilder forms with Google Sheets and use all PRO features.

After activating your license, the next step is to connect your Google account and create your first feed to start sending JetFormBuilder form submissions to Google Sheets.

Once activated, you will receive automatic updates, security improvements, premium support, and access to all future PRO enhancements.

The next step is to connect your Google account using the Existing Google Authentication method, configure the Manual Google API method, or set up the Service Account authentication method, depending on your preferred integration.

Step 5: Manage Site Licenses

You can manage all activated websites directly from your account dashboard.

  • View active websites.
  • Deactivate unused websites.
  • Transfer licenses to another website.
  • Monitor license usage.
  • Check license expiration dates.

If you are moving your website to a new domain, deactivate the old site first and then activate the license on the new website. After that, reconnect your Google account if required by following the Google Authentication Guide.

Do not manually remove site URLs. Use the provided Deactivate Site option to properly free up a license activation slot.

Where can I download the PRO plugin?


You can download the PRO plugin from your purchase confirmation email or directly from your GSheetConnector account under Purchase History. If this is your first installation, you can also review the FREE Installation Guide for the complete installation process.

Where can I find my license key?


Your license key is available in the View Details & Downloads section of your account dashboard and may also be included in your purchase email.

Do I need JetFormBuilder?


Yes. JetFormBuilder must be installed and activated before using JetFormBuilder Google Sheet Connector PRO. The connector works with forms created using the JetFormBuilder plugin.

Can I use the same license on multiple websites?


This depends on the license plan you purchased. Please check your activation limit from the Manage Site Licenses section in your account dashboard.

Why is my license not activating?


Common reasons include an incorrect license key, activation limit reached, an expired subscription, firewall restrictions, or internet connectivity issues. If your license activates successfully but Google Sheets is not connecting, follow the Google Authentication Guide.

Can I transfer my license to another website?


Yes. Simply deactivate the license from the old website and activate it on the new website using the same license key.

The plugin will continue to work, but you may lose access to automatic updates, premium support, and future feature enhancements until your license is renewed.

I changed my domain. What should I do?


Deactivate the license from the old domain using the Manage Site Licenses page and then activate it on the new domain.
