1. Adding a New Feed

1. Navigate to GSheetConnector for WP Core → Settings → Feed Settings.

2. Feed Table Management

The feed table shows all your created feeds with details:

• Feed Name – The name you provided for your feed.
• Feed ID – Unique ID for each feed.
• Feed Type – The type of data synced (Posts, Pages, Users, or Comments).
• Actions – Options to Edit or Delete the feed.
• Date – Timestamp of feed creation.

Actions:

• Edit Feed – Modify existing feed settings, select a new sheet, or update headers.
• Delete Feed – Permanently remove the feed.

3. Editing a Feed

When editing a feed, you can:

1. Select or Fetch a Google Sheet – Choose an existing sheet or create a new one for syncing.
2. Customize Headers – Decide which headers you want in the sheet. Options include:
   • Post ID, Title, Status, Date, Author Email, Categories, Tags, SEO Title, SEO Description, Featured Image, and more.
   • Use Check All to select all headers at once.
3. Sync Options – Sync old or new data based on date range or order (ascending/descending).

This allows full control over what data is sent to Google Sheets.

4. Syncing Data

• After selecting headers, click Click to Sync to start syncing the feed.
• The plugin will append the selected data to the chosen Google Sheet.
• You can sync existing posts, pages, comments, or users at any time.

Pro Tip: Use date filters to sync only new entries or specific date ranges for large datasets.

Customize how your Google Sheet looks and feels:

• Header Management
  • Freeze Header Row

  • Customize header, odd row, and even row colors
