System Status Guide

The System Status section provides detailed technical information about your website environment. It’s mainly there for reference — under normal circumstances, you won’t need to look at it. But if you ever run into unexpected behavior with Fluent Forms Google Sheet Connector, this is the first place our support team will ask you to check.

This information is commonly requested by support teams when troubleshooting plugin-related issues, since it gives a complete snapshot of your WordPress, server, database, and plugin environment in one place.

Where to Find System Status

Navigate to Fluent Forms → Google Sheet → System Status from your WordPress admin dashboard.

The System Status page is organized into a set of collapsible sections — GSheetConnector, WordPress Info, Active Theme, Active Plugins, Server, Database, WordPress Constants, and Filesystem Permission — followed by a Debug Log at the bottom of the page.

Copy System Info

Click the Copy System Info button at the top of the page to copy a full snapshot of your system details to your clipboard. This makes it quick to paste everything into an email or support ticket without manually copying each section.

GSheetConnector

This section is expanded by default and shows the current status of the Fluent Forms Google Sheet Connector plugin itself:

  • Plugin Name – for example, “GSheetConnector for FluentForm Pro.”
  • Plugin Version – for example, “1.1.2.”
  • Plugin Subscription Plan (Free or PRO)
  • Integration Method – the authentication method currently used to connect Google Sheets, such as “Existing Client / Secret Key (Auto Setup).”
  • Connected Email Account – the Google account currently linked to the plugin.
  • Google Drive Permission (Granted / Not Granted)
  • Google Sheet Permission (Granted / Not Granted)
If your Google Drive or Google Sheet Permission shows as not granted, your form entries won’t sync — revisit your Google integration settings to reconnect.

Active Theme

This section displays details about the currently active theme on your site:

Active Plugins

This section lists every currently active plugin on your website (shown with a count, for example “Active Plugins (3)”), along with its version number. If you’re facing an unexpected conflict, this is a useful place to check — it helps identify whether another plugin might be interfering with Fluent Forms Google Sheet Connector.

Server

The Server section relates to your hosting environment. If any changes are required here, you may need your web host’s assistance:

  • Server Architecture & Web Server
  • PHP Version & PHP SAPI

Filesystem Permission

This section shows whether WordPress is able to write to the directories it needs access to — the main WordPress directory, the wp-content directory, the uploads directory, the plugins directory, and the themes directory — along with each directory’s path and its Writable or Not Writable status.

If a directory shows as Not Writable, some plugin features (like updates or file exports) may not work correctly. Contact your host if you need write access restored.

Debug Log

The Debug Log at the bottom of the page displays WordPress errors pulled directly from your site’s debug.log file, listed with their Date, Type, Message, and File. If no errors have been logged, it shows “No error logs found.”

This log is especially valuable when troubleshooting technical glitches or compatibility issues between Fluent Forms Google Sheet Connector and other addon plugins on your site — it gives our support team the exact error trail needed to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
