Important Things to Keep in Mind

  • Make sure the Elementor Form is published and working correctly before creating the Feed.
  • Ensure that the GSheetConnector plugin is installed and activated on your WordPress website.
  • Your Google Sheet connection should be completed before syncing form submissions. If you haven’t connected your Google account yet, follow the Existing Method Guide.

The GSheetConnector settings allow you to connect your Elementor form with Google Sheets and configure how form submissions are stored. You can choose between Manual Configuration and Automatic Configuration based on your preference.

Connected Email Account

When you open the GSheetConnector settings, the first section displays the Connected Email Account.

If no Google account is connected, you must connect your Google account before configuring your Google Sheet integration. Once your account is connected, you can access your Google Sheets and complete the setup.

Important: Google Sheet configuration will not work until a Google account has been connected successfully.

Enable Manual Google Sheet Configuration

If you prefer to configure your spreadsheet manually, enable the Manual Google Sheet Configuration option.

This method allows you to enter the spreadsheet details manually instead of selecting them from dropdown menus.

You can manually enter the following information:

  • Google Sheet Name
  • Sheet Tab Name
  • Google Sheet ID
  • Sheet Tab ID

This option is useful if you already know your spreadsheet details or want to configure the connection manually.

Automatic Google Sheets Configuration

The Automatic Configuration option provides a quick and easy way to connect your Elementor form with Google Sheets.

Create New Sheet

Click the Create New Sheet button to create a new Google Spreadsheet directly from the plugin.

Once the spreadsheet is created successfully, it will be available for selection in the Spreadsheet dropdown.

Select Spreadsheet

The Spreadsheet dropdown displays all Google Sheets available in your connected Google account.

Simply select the spreadsheet where you want to save your Elementor form submissions.

Select Sheet Tab

After selecting a spreadsheet, choose the appropriate worksheet from the Sheet Tab dropdown.

If your spreadsheet contains multiple worksheets, select the one where you want the form data to be stored.

Fetch Sheet

If your spreadsheet is not displayed in the Spreadsheet dropdown, use the Fetch Sheet option.

Click the Click Here link to refresh the spreadsheet list. The plugin will retrieve the latest spreadsheets from your connected Google account and update the dropdown automatically.

This option is especially useful if you have recently created a new spreadsheet and it has not yet appeared in the list.

Important:

The configuration options described above belong to Elementor’s built-in Google Sheet settings.

These settings allow you to connect only one Google Sheet with a single form and are mainly provided for compatibility with existing users.

For all new forms, we strongly recommend using the Form Feed Settings, as they offer a more flexible and advanced configuration experience.

Click the following option:

Click Here to Setup Form Feed Setting to Easily Configure Multiple Feeds Simultaneously

This is the recommended setup method for new users.

Using Form Feed Settings, you can:

  • Connect multiple Google Sheets to a single Elementor form.
  • Create and manage multiple form feeds.
  • Send form submissions to different spreadsheets.
  • Organize multiple Google Sheet integrations from one location.
  • Easily manage advanced workflows without limitations.
Recommendation : We recommend using Form Feed Settings for all new integrations, as they provide greater flexibility than the built-in single-sheet configuration.

Select Fields to Sync

The Select Fields to Sync option lets you control which form fields are sent to your Google Sheet.

In the Free Version, all supported form fields are synchronized automatically.

In the Pro Version, you can use the toggle buttons to enable or disable individual fields, allowing you to sync only the fields you need.

Header Settings (Pro Feature)

The Header Settings section is available only in the Pro Version.

These options allow you to customize the appearance of your Google Sheet automatically.

Available settings include:

  • Freeze Header – Keeps the header row visible while scrolling through your spreadsheet.
  • Header Color – Apply a custom background color to the header row.
  • Odd Row Color – Set a background color for odd-numbered rows.
  • Even Row Color – Set a different background color for even-numbered rows.

These customization options help improve the readability and organization of your Google Sheets.

Note : Header Settings are available only in the Pro Version and are not included in the Free Version.

Once the headers have been added, all form submissions will be recorded correctly in the corresponding columns of your Google Sheet. If the required headers are missing or do not match the form field labels, the form data will not be saved to the spreadsheet.
